Is there a way to import invoices that are linked to sales orders? Or is that possible only via scripting? Is this covered by Celigo data loader?

No you can’t import an invoice that is linked back to the sales order You would instead have to invoice the sales order automatically using for example a billing operation

Unfortunately, that's not going to work for me. Our invoices are generated via third party platforms.

Ok so there could be partial invoices too This will need to involve scripting then When the request comes into NetSuite from the 3rd party system a script will need to transform the sales order into the invoice with the correct quantity

We have some platforms that do not have integration yet. We would have to manually import it.

@Luis this is possible with Celigo's CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite as long as you have the Sales Order information available from the 3rd parties (this gets added to the created from field). You can adjust quantity and amount as well.
