Have any of you done any custom work to be able to post Messages or company wide announcements on user's Dashboards?

welcome! essentially you create intranet site and post stuff there and create RSS feed; someone has to maintain it obviously to make it effective

I will definitely need to look into it. We will need to find a way to push and freeze that portlet, so users cannot remove it. Thank you again.
