Hello, trying to ask help with this issue again I encountered regarding picking ticket. No items are being displayed on the Picking Ticket form if the Sales Order is entered via customer center. Already tried the following checks : SHOW UNCOMMITTED ITEMS ON PICKING TICKETS = checked, making sure that the order is Approved, and Qty commited , making sure the item has available qty) but to no avail still having this issue. If sales order is created via Admin role, Picking ticket can print the items fine (regardless if qty is commited/not). Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you
