I have a high-level question, just looking for ideas. What have people done in NetSuite to provide access to Invoices & Statements to customers? I know that the customer center is an option, but it did not seem so great when we first looked at it (we have almost 30,000 active AP contacts for our customer base). Are there any apps, bundles, or third party solutions worth considering as an alternative? We could build our own application and pull open invoices out of NetSuite, but if there is an off the shelf option that might meet our short term needs better. Thanks for any advice or suggestions!

Gappify might be worth looking at

Thank you, I'll take a look at them.

isn't an option to send all invoices & statements by email ? And you can automate task that quite easily. Just look from the side of customer, if every vendor will provide an access to different systems just to get my invoice. Why do I need that?

@Arūnas Žindžius yes, in fact emailing invoices is what we are doing now. However, email delivery has become unreliable. Many customers are getting their emails blocked as junk or spam (we haven't changed the wording of our emails in over 3 years), and we have no way of knowing who isn't getting their invoices now. I'd prefer to keep sending emails, but we can't control email servers on the other end, so we are looking at alternatives.

I understand, that email is not a perfect solution, but I highly doubt that you get better statistics by switching to smth else than email when you have so many clients. Better advise clients how to add you address to a safe senders list, talk to email providers why you message is marked as spam, switch to another smpt server (not sure is it possible in Netsuite?) and so on.

Go to setup > company > company info > company urls. the customer center login will take the user to a NS looking UI page where they can access all that stuff. It's not pretty but it's functional
