Does creation of more subsidiaries increase the licensing

They changed the pricing model on this about 2 years ago. Supposedly it's licensed by

Country

and not by the number of subsidiaries in that Country. We have 3 subsidiaries in the US Country and then each time we add a new subsidiary in a new Country that is an additional fee. So in theory when I add an additional subsidiary in Canada I will not be charged because I already have one in Canada. Now each time I need a new US Subsidiary I do have to have it provision at 0.00 cost. Hope that helps.
