Hi all, we recently got the NetSuite-Fedex integration issue that I posted in #C29UWN90Q and #C29GDT351 - basically, NetSuite & Fedex integration broke after our NetSuite 2020.1 upgrade. NetSuite filed a defect and then it was fixed on Saturday evening. Related to that, I wanted to confirm if you can indeed test NetSuite-Fedex integration in Release Preview accounts accurately before an upgrade? Could we have caught this issue before the NetSute upgrade? And why does these kind of defects only affect like few specific set of customers of NetSuite - because I believe it is the same upgrade for everyone, right?
