how do i define a search filter on items that gives me only those items having price level "MSRP" defined and its corresponding value in QTY0 column is empty . Is this possible ?

which one of these refer to QTY0 column values !!

Set Price Level to MSRP and then set max quantity to 0 I think, just double check it

I've always done this with a formula, if you view your price levels, they will all have an internal ID, and you can use a formula like {pricelevel5} and it will give you whatever price level has internal Id of 5
