02/19/2020, 6:57 PMour company uses a saved search, you can set to email upon update or when a change to the updated field. We have a dashboard portlet with this saved search including highlighting rules, rankings, and so forth.

02/19/2020, 7:58 PMHi @Emerald Morgan its under Reports->Inventory/Items->Inventory Valuation. I have tried to see if the Report is linked to a saved search but its generated by the system.

02/19/2020, 8:03 PMHi @Jacob Jackson I tried the workflow but on the Record type i do not see Reports or Inventory/items or under Transactions the only thing i found was Inventory count and it does not have the fields On Hand.

02/19/2020, 8:15 PMRecord Type should be 'Item' and then you select the Items you want to be included. When you create the WF itself, it should have an action option for email. You then set the condition to send email when the Item On Hand Quantity < 0
