That field does not actually live on the bill. You need to jump through the link between the bill and the bill payment record. Should be

applying transaction fields...

gather the ids from the sublist rows and if the date doesn't show there use loolUpFields in a loop [3:37 PM] lookUpFields*

@Jerry Klein I believe they are trying to get this information in a saved search, not while on the record. Just used the screen shot to indicate which field they were looking for
