anyone have thoughts on using bill.com vs. avidXchange for vendor bills and payments?

I have never used avidXchange but bill.com is fantastic. very good customer support and easy to use.

Not familiar with bill.com. Have a client right now that is using AvidXchange. Their user manuals and guides are a bit simplistic. Anticipate getting on the phone with their reps a lot for troubleshooting. Their services do work fairly well, however.

are they easy to get in touch with? that is one of my team's biggest issues with bill.com, customer support
