Anyone else having users report sales orders or other transaction records randomly auto-saving while working in the transaction without the save button being clicked? I'm getting reports of several sales orders over the past couple days saving while the user is in a different subtab, like Files or Shipping.

Is it possible they are hitting the "enter" key and maybe tripping the on-enter event leading to a "Save" command? If I had a rash of reports like that, I might check to see which users it's from, and if (maybe) they are newer hires (or not).

I questioned that as well but these are seasoned employees reporting the issue. Most recently it seems to be happening while on the Communications tab while looking at a user file attached. It still could be an inadvertent "Enter" or "tab" key being hit. It's very random when it does occur, that is for certain.

I'd conclude the same, then. Maybe it's something to do with a script? Or to do with viewing the attached file (external window) and rejoining that unsaved tab in the UI. The act of clicking back in / on to the tab itself.... Perhaps even a new browser glitch post-updates? Good luck and happy hunting!
