So we've just set up DKIM and SPF and all the necessary steps for efficient email delivery, even had netsuite support look at it. they said everything was correctly setup. and their only response was "be sure to let your recipients know that they need to set up a rule in their mailbox to allow the messages to appear." am i missing something here?
