Is there any way to set an inventory bin to not allow inventory to commit from it? After our product get received in, it goes to QC before it hits the shelf and we don't want WH workers trying to pick from the QC bin.

You can but you need to use inventory status as a workaround.

Create a sub-location of "XYZ-QC" and just make sure WH staff know not to utilize quantities out of that bin?

I think @sam1128 was on the right track with Inventory Status. I just checked and it basically does exactly what I need it to.
