Hello all. I am having issues attaching an email to a standard record and unable to open it. I was able to open it before with no problems (at my former company) I am having issues now. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?
This was answered by @Nicolas Bean. I had to add the file extension for Outlook Items (.msg) to the file name. Not enough to just have .msg on the upload file itself.
