Help. I created a custom role from scratch (General Manager) in the classic center. I assigned myself that role. Logged out. Logged back in. I still can't see the new role even after I select View All Roles. I've also cleared cache, if that helps any.

Double check that it is assigned to you.

Also, are you using SAML/SSO? Check to see if the role you created has the same SSO settings as your other roles.
