Same thing as my response above. Whenever you are selling physical goods (inventory), high value repeat selling goods/ services and need to fulfill the orders, I would do a SO, or if a customer gives you a PO. This also helps with AR collections. For a cash sale business, where it’s all on the spot, no SO needed, but I’d use a Cash Sale then.
