Is there a simple way to filter items dropdown on the purchase order form to only show items linked to that Vendor?

Customize the form and under the sublist fields tab you can filter the item list by a saved search. The search should allow you to get what you want

Hi I came across this solution but what I am looking for is an ability to filter to the vendor on the PO, we have a situation where people are buying items which are not provided by the vendor and therefore causing delays. The saved search needs to have a dynamic filter to the vendor on the PO

If you filter the Items that are allowed by that vendor, it should solve your issue right?

Sure, but I dont know how to dynamic filter by Vendor on the PO, otherwise I will end up with one PO form per vendor which wont make sense.

The Saved search is dynamic. Filter the items by the vendor that is selected.
