Does anyone know how I can show item description in global search top bar? Example: I search for a sku number by starting to type the number, and I see a preview of the results (sku number) - I also want to see the description (standard field) of the item in the search.

it isn't possible to customize what's displayed in the preview section within global search

yeah, there isn't customize way to get your requirement. However try exploring custom fields and enable global search and show in list.

yup, we have that figured out. the preview seems to be the only last annoyance
