Hi All. I have some questions regarding Dunning Letters.
1. According to Answer Id: 40341, “Dunning Letters SuiteApp cannot detect bounced email messages”. What solution can we offer to validate and know if the email reached the recipient or not?
2. The customer maintains a custom list of recipients email addresses that comes from SFDC and doesn’t want to update contacts in the Dunning Recipient subtab. Is it possible to send the dunning letters using that custom list? What should be done for that?
3. Is it possible that a when customer reply to a message, it will be sent to two recipients responsible for the dunning and collection?
4. Is there a way for the user to review the emails that are going to be sent, before they are sent out? I’ve create a manual dunning procedure and looked at the Dunning Email Sending Queue form, but it shows the message content as XML elements and not how it’s going to be seen by the customer.
