Hi there, I have a custom case form with a custom field called 'Sales order' which is a list/record of transactions. But for users to enter the sales order# (which is the document number) each time they need to enter 'Sales order#....' instead of being able to just enter the number '123456' for eg. Would anyone be able to suggest how to get around this please? How can I just have a custom field of all document numbers they can search through instead? 🙂

@EB You can type in '%123456'. The % acts as a wildcard replacement.
