Any way to reference System Notes internal ID on a search? I can get it on the URL/

If I remember correctly you can go into the "system notes fields..." and put record ID. Is it a customer search or a system notes search?

System Notes (But I'm doing it from the Project) I would assume all the system notes that goes on in a project (I suppose this could pertain to other records) would have a unique internal ID for each line
