Hello everyone. How are you managing your influencers? I need to start tracking which item has gone out on what date along with other information such as name/address/platform/link/subscriber counts/etc. I was thinking of creating each influencer as a customer, but that doesn't seem like the most efficient solution. Thoughts?

If you're sending them product, they should be set up as customers for the purpose of shipment (maybe with a checkbox to identify them as an influcencer). As far as influcencer data, maybe a custom record set up as a sublist on the customer record containing their social media account information in an influencer subtab? One record for each unique customer/social media account combination? That would make it both reportable and accessible from the customer record.

Yes, as I thought, treating each individual influencer as customer would probably be the best route. However is it possible to restrict some roles from accessing the influencer (customer) page completely meanwhile having normal access on the normal customers?
