Question re: matrix items. On the accounting tab for items, there are attributes (multi-select field type) and blanks (empty) are not available. Does anyone know how to "create" those blank entries? This item needs the N/A to be blanks.

In other areas, you can select blank by not selecting anything. Are these mandatory? Ctrl+click on the one selected should deselect it.

if "N/A" is not required, remove N/A from the associated record / list the multi-selects are relying on and then don't select a value in the multi-select field. (just be careful that list is not used other places where "N/A" is needed. Unless it's a mandatory field as was mentioned previously, you should be golden.
