Anyone ever experienced the Actions > Email button not working on a transaction in a particular role? The button is visible it just doesn't popup with the email message

@Matt the only time I've experienced this was when the browser (Safari) was blocking pop-ups. Any errors in browser console?

Weird....definitely sounds Role-based then. Maybe check the difference between the roles.
