The issue is this document is generated and emailed under certain conditions via a workflow, however you can't explicitly specify

Advanced PDF Templates

and it appears to default to the Standard PDF Templates :(

@FJM We customize the "Picking Ticket" form and just use that as the Packing Slip. Works great for us. You can even customize the "Picking Ticket" to say "Packing slip" if you really, really want it to say that on the paper...
