[Email Message Standard Form (popup)] I added a UserEventScript to populate the template field on the Email-Message Standard form. However the codes run only on my sandbox and not on customer's sandbox. I noticed that his form has an extra field (dropdown). That field is not a custom field. Can someone help how to disactivate that field or remove it? The red square is from customer's sandbox and green square is my sandbox.
