Interesting. Do you know if confluence has a way for collaborators to make and track changes, while allowing other, non-users to just see the result without making changes to it? Most people shouldn’t make changes. There’s probably permissions, but it could be hard to justify even $5/mo for a user when all they’re doing is statically looking at the data.
I think only if you enable "anonymous access" which also means the information is available publically

@aaron_tekton Lucidchart.com Level 5 Swim lane diagram specifically. It’s a business process map down to field level detail and time is linear. I use these for documentation with clients and it helps when we’re overhauling a process from legacy apps to NetSuite+integrations and we have to account for various decisions/variants. Cost is probably $5/mo for one creator license and free for others to view. Visio is the MS product Lucidchart is competing with.

There’s an integration available between confluence and lucidchart as well, so you can embed a diagram directly into a confluence page.
