I remember that issue but that was before this. So far, it's just 1 day on October 18th and it's all currencies. As I was typing this out I just realized that was the day we were upgraded to 2019.2. Is this a thing that happens during upgrades? Is there a way to manually go back and fix it?

You can go and manually fix it. If you are down at your scheduled time it wouldn't make.the call
