Hello. I have reset my password but the 2FA is still not reset. I want to reset the 2FA as well. Any thoughts?

You can reset 2FA in Setup > Users/Roles > User Access Reset Tool

I cannot log into my account.

Are you using administrator role?

In that case, do you have another user with administrator role? That person can initiate the 2FA reset for you

I tried but it was not successful as that user does not have access to all the NS accounts that I have access to.

I think you need a user that has admin access to the specific account you're trying to reset on. You sounds like you are asking someone who does not have access to the specific account you're talking about.

I have access to multiple NS accounts. When I asked one user, with admin role who has access to one of the account, NS throws an error and does not the allow to reset 2FA.
