For any admins who use an internal ticketing system for help desk (in house) support requests: on average, how many tickets do you receive a week and for how many end users? Just am curious if we have a higher than average number. Last week, I averaged 3 a day for ~20 users.

That's about right. I average 5 per day for 53 users.

Correction: Average of 50 a week, 10 a day, for around 70 Users, including around 35 APC Users.
