Very bad, ACS seems in a constant state of turmoil. Very high staff turn over it seems. Our consultant had less than a year of system experience.

back in May I worked with a customer that had a free year of ACS and loved it for their business but it was too expensive for them to continue. as with most things it is a product based on people and people vary.
