12/05/2019, 7:37 PMI have had complete success by emailing stuff via html - - the worse was that the user had to accept an image to be downloaded/displayed. Can you share the portion of the email where the image is defined? The HTML and what you see.

12/05/2019, 8:42 PMIf you are creating your email from word (bad idea) once you save the document as an email the body of the email should start like an html page <html> and end as an html page </html>
