12/04/2019, 2:36 PMFor Advanced Revenue Management, why might be a reason revenue arrangements are not being updated automatically every 3 hours if the setting under Account Pref -> General -> Revenue Arrangement Update Frequency is set to ‘Automatic’? It’s the only relevant setting as far as I know but are there any conflicts I’m missing?

12/04/2019, 6:28 PMAs if the scheduled batch just doesn’t fire or something but I’m really not sure what other setting there is beyond the documented one

12/04/2019, 6:37 PMHmm we have it turned on automatic and it runs every 3 hours as long as the arrangement dates and status are correct
