I’m having an issue adding a file to a record from the mobile app. Only on iOS, I can do it from an android. Is this a known issue. Is anyone able to do this successfully.

At the risk of sounding snarky, I'm surprised you got anything to work in the NS mobile app. Did you confirm the NS app has file access permissions in iOS?

In the app setting (under device settings -> NetSuite) it does not ask for file access. Normally if it did not have access it would pop up a window asking for that permission. same for camera access. I know what your saying about the app being very bad. i just want to be able to attach pictures easily from a mobile device. Is there any ideas for another way to accomplish this?
