how do we add a new shipping method in ups? such that 'UPS LTL Freight'

im not sure if you can create an integrated shipping method using that method

its not in the list of methods that support real time rates

in Magento, there is a method "UPS LTL Freight® - UPS Freight® LTL"

when we import items in NetSuite what shipping value will be set for those items?

if you are importing it, you wont need real time rates

so you might be able to just create a normal shipping method

depends on whatever process you have to ship using that shipping method
