You check the advanced PDF section in NetSuite? Type in advanced PDFs should show all delivered forms

If you edit the custom form on the record type you should be able to see the pdf printing template, if you haven’t customized that record type form at all you may have to save a “customized” not actually edited at all just saved not delivered version, to then get the ability to edit the delivered pdf template for printing

Unfortunately not. This print does not look like a standard one for customization (where you have custom form and .pdf template insite). Just an option to generate and re-direction to another transaction with statuses and a "view" button.
