I’m wanting to setup a Sales By Territory and Sales Rep report/search. I was successful in modifying a Sales By Customer report to add the Territory field and obtain a Sales By Territory report which will show customers in each territory and their related sales rep; however, I’m wanting a similar report that will summarize territory and sales rep within the territory. Unfortunately, I cannot modify the existing Sales By Sales Rep report because the Territory field from the customer record is not available on that report. Anyone had any luck with creating a saved search or report to provide this information? Thanks in advance!
