Hi, I'm not certain which thread to ask this in so I'm hoping general is the right one. If I'm sending out a simple message to a customer or contact and I expect a response back, would the NetSuite Online forms be a good option to capture that response or should I go another route? What would you suggest?

There is a feature you can enable that will make the reply to address of emails sent from NetSuite an email address that saves the reply back in NetSuite.
Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM > Capture Email Replies
