Living a nightmare 😞 Our Avatax "died" today. Someone, from accounting, went to Avatax account and requested a new license key, then send it to us (IT) to install it. What the person didn't know is that all IT people who where here during the install of Avalara are gone. So, when we go to netsuite to install the new license key, we have to provide the netsuite login/pasword which we done have and is, unfortunately different the on of Avalara. Do you know if there's a way to get this password back ? If not, I'm thinking to delete the avaconfig and restart a new one (if possible) but I would really like NOT to do that. Thanks everyone
