hi question, can anyone explain what's the difference between Preferred Stock level and Safety Stock level? I read the doc but I'm still abit confused on how the differ.

They're related - but from what I recall, PSL is how many you want to keep in stock operationally, while a "Safety Stock" is an amount that you always want to keep as a buffer on top of the PSL.
