Good Morning! I'm confused on one issue, perhaps someone knows the answer. I see a number of references to using "Specific" costing on serialized items. I have done this correctly I believe, but when it comes time to add an item to a Sales Order for a customer the price populates as "Custom" and does not contain the rate of that serial item.
