hi is anyone using Microsoft OneDrive integrated with NetSuite for document management? Trying to find a guide on how it works/how to set it up

@KevinJ of Kansas yes I also saw that. also thanks for confirming its not a native feature. How about Outlook? Have you had experience using that in NS? I read that its integrated to NS but havent used it before and it doesnt seem like it has file management too.

The "native" outlook integration went poof, and frankly, good riddance. There's one by celigo for that as well

I've been using CloudExtend for Outlook and I've seen the OneDrive features. The Outlook plugin is pretty neat. Very good at connecting email to different NetSuite records. You can edit NetSuite records in Outlook directly. Useful if you want to quickly update a contact phone number or title. The OneDrive integration looks pretty cool, I just haven't enabled it in my environment. Allows you to search and attach onedrive files to NetSuite records.

we are using ExtendTech connecting NS and one drive. We attach documents to NS records like customers, invoices, & items. We like the ability to have metadata on the extendtech records which represent each of the files.

@MySuite do you mean that the CloudExtend for Outlook suiteapp also includes OneDrive integration?
