Also depends on how big you are and how much NetSuite you utilize. Smaller company might just have one NS poweruser and rely externally for admin services. Slightly larger might have an internal admin who wears other hats. Maybe larger than that you have one full time admin. Start hitting the point you need more than one administrator and maybe you start adding analysts. That said, I've seen there's little difference except for titles.
