@sbrown that's good to hear. We do want to make the users happy. Any thoughts or experience on the Administration side of it, or with their NetSuite integration?

@scottvonduhn 1) We have been able to add some customized fields for specific expense tracking and sync that back to NS. 2) We have different Nexonia User Profiles based on Department specific security which is assigned via a workflow in NS. 3) We have Support Representatives that are required to track time when on support calls so the Timer Feature works great for that. 4) We are also international 5) Some employees use the Adding Expense Receipts via Email feature. 6) Mobile App is good 7) Employee Credit Card feed can be challenging for some employees 8 ) Reporting is cumbersome so we do most out of NS 9) Most

Time & Expense Nexonia questions are handled by our Project Accountants so minimal Admin is done by the NS Admins 10) Nexonia support is ok - sometimes they fix things but never state what the problem really was - we experienced the same with Celigo tho

thank you for that detailed feedback!
We have Celigo too, so I am well aware of how their support operates, and we are rather used to it by now. We are also fine if most of the reporting is done out of NS, in fact that is probably preferable for us, just to keep everything in one system.

we moved off Celigo to Dell Boomi for all our integrations and also satisfied with that 3rd party vendor as well

That's also really helpful. Thank you.
