11/13/2019, 5:04 PMYou just need to give that role the Jobs permissions. Go to that role, then Lists, then Job. Maybe full access to that permission.

11/13/2019, 10:02 PMyeah, had to get on someone recently for deleting sales orders they knew were test ones, but they couldn't "close" them out of their view because they couldn't "update" them due to a form error. as I was troubleshooting it, it disappeared. They'd just deleted it.... 😡 (sigh)
