Not sure if anyone has had this issue, but I haven't been able to replicate it. I have Different shipping methods that charge different amounts of freight. Office Deliver, Collect, Prepaid & Add, Residential Delivery ($10) and then Will Call ($0). [in this order, to try and replicate the issue and explain it easier] When entering Sales Orders on one my employees computers, occasionally when changing from the default 'Office Deliver' shipping method, he arrowkeys down to the will call box. When finishing the order, the shipping method will show Will Call, but charge the $10 residential fee charge. It doesn't do it very often, but I'm trying to pinpoint where it is happening. My only thought is when he is arrowkeying, he has to go over the residential delivery selection first and Netsuite doesn't finish processing the data when finishing the order. Any ideas?
