One of my franchises is having issues with printing the PDF of quotes. Seems to be isolated to him and his computer (not his users). Any tips or tricks to help him out? Cleared his cache, did ctrl+f5. Tested on another computer and was able to print.

does the PDF generate at all?
if not you may need to reinstall/repair adobe reader or whatever PDF software you are using

yeah - that looks like the browser plugin for adobe is failing to launch / render
more of an IT issue than a NetSuite issue, really
honestly i'd try just repairing Adobe and seeing if that helps

Thanks! Was not thinking NetSuite issue, but I am not IT, and he does not have any IT support. I appreciate the help!

@Erica LaBarre take a look at this link: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6213030?hl=en I've dealt with this in the past and after turning off the download pdf file setting, we were able to print pdf.
