has anyone had any experience with NS and selling/fulfilling Gift Certificates?

Same as Alex. I had to build a custom script to translate the GC# to the code needed though. Not sure if they changed that.

our problem is we have the "Send email" checkbox, but it's not sending. Neither the "Gift Certificate" or the "Gift Certificate Confirmation" are working. Placed an order online. NS generated the GC code automatically, but that's where the process stopped. I went in and "Approved" the order to see if that would help. It did not.

nvm. just realized this wasn't sent. Figured it out... it's weird how NS implemented it, but yeah. We finally figured out the order of operations.

it's definitely not the most intuitive thing - glad you got it figured out
