Morning All! Question regarding purchase price tracking on POs. If anyone has a great process that is working for them regarding tracking surcharges on POs (MOQ, MCQ) that are incremental to the FOB/purchase price. Would love to chat to you. We are managing, but not very effectively and reporting is super time consuming.

hey nate, not sure what you mean -> tracking surcharges as in... extra costs incurred? MOQ's, etc. as in you have MOQ's but if you don't respect them you have extra charges?

correct...tracking extra charges on the PO on top of the purchase price. We don't want to change the purchase price so we have record of the negotiated cost, but also want to store, track and report on additional charges.

So you can create an other charge item you can tack on the PO, Receipt & Bill that will then roll into your cost of goods properly so you can track and report on it
