Hi all, quick reports question. We have a standard general ledger report. I want to add into it the following details for the transactions within the report: date created, created by, approved by and transaction type (manual/automated).

You'll have to pull a system notes in a transaction saved search to get your approver and then marry it up with your report. Alternatively you could write a workflow to populate that field and use a saved search field, but it would have to be a pretty creative workflow.
I mean populate a custom field
